Renovation of City Offices (formerly city fire station), which includes City Manager’s Office, Treasurer, Engineering and Public Works, as well as elevator installation.
Scope of work also includes installation of second floor abandoned gymnasium for Council Chambers and ground floor Conference Center. Demolition of old jail structure provided a public plaza and monumental stair to Council Chambers.
